Features of the DP-250

Don't think that the DP-250 offers only entry-level qualities, because if you look closely you will see that this versatile instrument is bulging with features. All main functionalities can be accessed almost directly via the subtly lit menu keys, for more detail you can turn to the built-in display. With practical key combinations - which you will quickly master - you can navigate to the right sound or style in no time so that you can practically work with this versatile instrument in live situations too. There is even a built-in MP3 player and an audio input to play backing tracks, for instance. Thanks to BT functionality, you can even stream music wirelessly to the unit if you want to play along with your favourite music or (online) lessons at home. Practising and/or playing together? Thanks to the presence of, among other things, dual headphone output and Split functionality, you can also sit down with two people.

Features and extensions

The DP-250 comes pretty complete on its own, with of course a mains power supply and an ornate sheet music holder on which you can also place a smartphone or tablet if required. It comes with a simple sustain pedal as standard, but if you want to make the most of its features, you can also upgrade to an optional chassis with three integrated pedals. This turns the otherwise mobile-oriented DP-250 into a true upright piano that may be displayed as a showpiece in any living or hobby room, as well as played.
