Heel goed advies van Bax + heel vriendelijk + snelle levering
De digitale piano heeft veel mogelijkheden. Dat is heel fijn.
Wat we appreciëren: de vele verschillende muziektonen / klanken, 2 koptelefoons mogelijk, inpluggen mediaspeler mogelijk (om muziek af te spelen), 3 pedalen (aan het onderstel), quatre mains mogelijk (als je alleen bent), de mogelijkheden om settings in te stellen.
De mensen van Bax waren heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ik kocht een digitale piano en had hierbij advies nodig die ze me objectief en sereen gaven (via de telefoon).
Ook online vond ik heel wat video's (oa doorlinken naar YouTube) waarin ze de nodige uitleg over de verschillende producten, maar ook algemene uitleg gaven. Ik vind die video's met uitleg heel handig, maar ook het advies aan de telefoon om te zien welke upgrade of downgrade prijs/kwaliteit waardig is. Ook het vergelijk online was heel makkelijk in een overzichtelijke tabel van alle opties per product.
Heel handig en nuttig.
Dank voor advies en het gekochte product is ook fantastisch. Mijn kinderen zijn er enorm tevreden over (alsook ikzelf). De digitale piano + onderstel + zitbank was een verjaardagscadeau voor mijn dochter.

Met de klacht dat de REVERB en CHORUS niet werken, is deze ter reparatie aangeboden.
Echter; volgens Bax-shop werkt het wel. Inmiddels zit ik nu nog steeds te wachten op mijn piano.
Bij telefonisch contact is er telkens een ander antwoord en op mail word niet gereageerd.
Ik vrees dat ik mijn piano niet meer terugziet.
Ik ben benieuwd of er meerdere zijn met de klacht dat REVERB en CHORUS niet werken.

Geluid is een beetje plat maar voor dit geld werkelijk een geweldig ding. Ik kan nu quatremains met mezelf spelen. Toucher is echt fijn, pedaal is net echt. Absolute aanrader, als je niet veel geld wilt uitgeven maar wel veel wil. Ik ben er super blij mee.

Ik heb gekozen voor de DP-250 omdat deze meer klanken, diverse ritmes en begeleiding stijlen heeft. De prijs is nagenoeg gelijk met de FSP-500. Geluid is goed en de toetsen voelen piano achtig aan door de hammer action.
Zelf ben ik beginner dus heb alleen de ervaring met deze deze piano.
De tonen van de piano klinken prima.
Een aantal andere instrumenten zijn een beetje plat maar er zijn er genoeg om mee te spelen.
De begeleidingsstijlen en ritme functies helpen mij goed om akkoorden en melodieën te oefenen.
Wel heb ik nog een opmerking:
De aansluiting van het sustainpedaal snap ik niet goed.
Zoals het nu geïnstalleerd is wordt de kabel naar beneden geleid waardoor deze klem komt te zitten
als je de piano op een tafel plaatst.
Beter is te zorgen dat de aansluiting een kwartslag draait. Dan wordt de kabel naar de zijkant geleid.
Tot nu toe erg tevreden.
Als ik wat beter en verder ben met pianospelen zal ik nog een aanvulling doen.
