General
Fully qualified to sing the blues, the broken-hearted Bluesy Bonnie stompbox spits lush, vintage-style overdrive, comes backed up by a true-bypass design and can be yours for a more-than-modest price. The stripped back control layout keeps things simple: crank up the gain to your preferred level, set the output Volume, then tweak the Tone. And on top of that, a mini-switch flips between Normal or Bright mode, where Bright mode cools down the overdrive to balance out a guitar sound that's warm enough already. Wrapped up in a durable aluminium box, the itty-bitty Bluesy Bonny pedal will neatly slot onto any pedalboard.

Geweldig effectpedaal voor de ietwat gevorderde bluesgitarist.
Speel je al een tijdje de blues, heb je alleen de beschikking over je versterker en wil je je licks nu wel eens een keer een mooi schurend randje geven? Met de Bluesy Bonnie lukt dat prima.
Mijn licks klinken nu allemaal net wat lekkerder, wat gruiziger en wat bijteriger. Zet de delay een beetje open en spelen maar.
Je moet wel weten welke sound je zoekt en je moet even je best doen voor de beste instelling. Kleine bedieningsknopjes, maar een groots resultaat.
Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Er zullen ongetwijfeld mooiere en betere overdrives zijn, maar ik heb gewoon erg veel plezier met dit pedaal. En dan is een klasse A pedaal voor mij helemaal niet nodig. Aanrader!
