The Mooer Micro Preamp 005 overdrive is an affordable, simple way to upgrade your guitar sound. It's a compact effects pedal based on an amplifier made famous in the eighties by a legendary Dutch guitarist.

Iconic sound in a compact stomp box

Mooer is pulling out all the stops with their Micro Preamp series of effects pedals. This compact preamp modelling guitar effect gives your sound the boost of an iconic tube amp. After meticulously analysing the preamp properties, Mooer managed to incorporate the response and dynamics of the original with staggering accuracy!

A practical stomp box

We recommend connecting this stomp box to the FX loop of your guitar amp to get as authentic a sound as possible. Another option is to hook it up directly to an audio interface. Each pedal in the Micro Preamp series comes with a cab-sim that you can turn on or off, depending on how you want to use it.

Intuitive layout

Mooer equipped each of these Micro Preamp pedals with an intuitive layout, allowing easy access to the volume, gain, bass, middle and treble so you can tweak your sound just how you like it. Keep the EQ controls at 12 noon for a sound that's most similar to the original, and use it as a starting point to shape your own custom sound!

Two channels with different settings

Each pedal in Mooer's Micro Preamp series has two channels which you can toggle between using the LED knob or the footswitch. When you adjust the EQ for a specific channel, that setting is automatically stored when you switch to the other channel. This way, you can create different settings for each channel!

Klinkt vet!
Ik had al een EVH 5150 III Mini LBX Lunchbox Head, maar deze Mooer Micro Preamp 005 Brown Sound 3 klinkt net zo goed.
Goede prijs en snel geleverd.

Heel kleine pedaal met een geweldig klinkende clean en mooie overdrive.

De EQ is op beide kanalen is heel responsief. Veel volume!

Waar ik minder van tevreden was (in mijn situatie) is het distortion kanaal. Zonder cab sim was het heel fuzzy. Met cab sim klonk het alsof de klank van onder een dekbed kwam. Enkel met heel veel EQ boost klonk het dan goed.

Waarschijnlijk ligt dit aan mijn setup, en minder aan de pedaal.

heb hem net binnen, maar wat een muur van vet geluid maakt dit ding.

aanrader voor de blacksabbath tot metallica girarist. Ik heb heel veel metal stompboxen, maar deze is een van de mooiste qua geluid.
