The Z.Vex Distortron (Vextron series) is a distortion pedal by the famous, totally unique Z.Vex Effects. Like Z.Vex's better-known Box of Rock, the Distortron simulates a Marshall JTM45 amplifier with all controls turned to ten. This slightly simpler Distortron doesn't have a separate boost channel, but it does feature two special mini switches. The Gain changes between standard Box of Rock gain and a light boost, while the Subs reduces the powerful bass of the Box of Rock. This convincing distortion pedal is very energy efficient.

Je suis déçu, il y a beaucoup trop de souffle. J'ai eu des pédales coûtant la moitié du prix de la distortron qui avait moins de souffle. Du coup je la garde comme pédale de boost, ou avec un soupçon de gain, mais pas plus, sinon ça devient pénible. Le tone est très efficace, le volume est conséquent et le switch basse fait bien sont travail. Je ne referais pas cet achat, trop décevant.
