The Innox Basic Line serves up a solid double-door flight case at a budget-friendly price. Constructed from wooden panels reinforced by metal hardware, ball-corners and secure latches, this flight case sets you up with enough space to safely store, load, and transport up to 2U of 19-inch rack gear mounted via gliding, front-fitted profiles. This Innox-designed case even comes including all the necessary installation materials and offers a 23cm installation space, making it perfect for more shallow gear.

The case itself is of very good quality and well made, both inside and out. The fittings are also good with no sharp edges. The front and back fit well and the handle is particularly nice BUT and its a big but.. the rack ear fittings can only be described as crap !! The extrusion in with the nuts slide is badly formed and the concept of using sliding nuts that you have to fiddle and faff about with, to get in the right position, is unwieldy and overly time consuming and bothersome, even if you succeed. The bolts are too tiny in every respect. The head is too small and even with the cheap washer can still pass through a rack ear slot (while you're fiddling, trying to line up a bolt with a nut) and when the thickness of the ear is added to the washer the bolt cant reach the nut with any amount of fiddling !!!!!!! How much better it would have been to use conventional rack strip with cage nuts and M8 bolts !!
Like thay say; golf is a good walk ruined, this is a good case ruined, by a really bad idea to economise on the rack fitting, which after all, is what it's supposed to be for !

Vlak voor het faillissement van Bax heb ik er een gekocht en direct terug gestuurd. Helaas nooit geld terug gekregen en als ik Bax hierover mail krijg ik niet eens een reactie.
Om deze reden bestel ik niks meer bij Bax. Genoeg andere shops.

Zie de review van Roelof. De glijprofielen zitten scheef, zowel horizontaal als verticaal zodat de te korte boutjes de te kleine moertjes die meedraaien niet pakken. De ringetjes zijn ook te klein en te zacht. Deksel passen niet lekker en rammelen. Het kostte me 2 uur van vijlen, schaven, bijbuigen en eindeloos frutten om uiteindelijk 2 1U apparaten te kunnen bevestigen. Dat het kastje 2 cm hoger is dan 2U is dan weer wel een voordeel want je hebt wat ventilatie. Maar volgende keer geef ik een paar tientjes meer uit aan een fatsoenlijk kastje. Duidelijk "niet kopen" advies dus.

Ben het volledig eens met de comments van Frank en Roelof. Je koopt het voor een stuiver, en je zal het geweten hebben. Normale kooimoeren passen niet, glijprofielen niet op PRO-niveau, bijgeleverde schroeven te klein om normale rackgaten in toestellen mee te coveren. Bij mij zit er een powerswitch in. Heb em met 4 bouten vastgezet, maar het zal me benieuwen hoe lang die het gaan volhouden. Verwacht geen PRO-niveau afwerking of kistje

Kost niks, is ook niks, hoewel nu op 1 week tijd 15% duurder geworden. Gekocht voor 48, nu al 55 euro.
Slordig afgewerkt, glijprofiel passen de kooimoeren niet fatsoenlijk in. M5 heeft een te kleine kop.
Dus maar met zelftappers gewoon het profiel in gezet.
Overal lijmresten, deksel rammelt, sluitingen zitten niet strak genoeg.
Bekleding binnenin grof afgesneden, te groot en los.
Apparatuur is beschermd, maar daar heb je het dan ook mee gehad.
Slordig afgewerkt, glijprofiel passen de kooimoeren niet fatsoenlijk in. M5 heeft een te kleine kop.
Dus maar met zelftappers gewoon het profiel in gezet.
Overal lijmresten, deksel rammelt, sluitingen zitten niet strak genoeg.

Houd er rekening mee dat deze afmeting anderhalve centimeter groter uitvalt dan 2HE.
Bij de andere afmetingen is dat een halve centimeter.
Verder ben ik zelf de profielen gaan vervangen door de gestanste verzie met kooimoer M6.
Want van het glijproefiel met de bijgeleverde boutjes / moertjes wordt ik niet vrolijk.
De profielen vastzetten met zwarte popnagel maakt het netter.
Bij de andere afmetingen is dat een halve centimeter.
Verder ben ik zelf de profielen gaan vervangen door de gestanste verzie met kooimoer M6.
Want van het glijproefiel met de bijgeleverde boutjes / moertjes wordt ik niet vrolijk.
