General
With this GE2 Energy drum kit, Gretsch has introduced the successor of the popular GS2 series. The GE2-E925TK-GS drum kit has a distinct rock configuration and is an outstanding choice for beginning drummers. The 7-ply poplar shells produce a versatile, all-round sound and have a stylish grey finish. The 22-inch bass drum delivers a full tone that matches the 10 and 12-inch toms, and a rugged 16-inch floor tom and a 14 x 5.5-inch snare drum complete the shell set. To seal the deal, Gretsch Drums also supplies a complete hardware package and a cymbal set with this Energy drum kit.
Gretsch GE2 Drums: Excellent Resonance
Gretsch Drums values good quality - many drummers have experienced that by now. It's no surprise then that this starter kit features a good deal of professional details. Thanks to specially designed tom holders, the toms of this set are entirely free of holes, allowing for optimal projection and a fat rock sound.
Complete Hardware and Cymbal Package Included
This excellent drum kit for beginners is supplied as a complete package. A rugged drum stool, a bass drum pedal, a snare stand and no fewer than three cymbal stands are included with this Gretsch Energy kit. A complete Sabian cymbal set is also part of the deal: three cymbals from the SBR series enhance your kit with their clear tones. With this complete setup, beginning players are fully equipped to get down to some serious drumming.
