Arturia's DrumBrute Impact is a compact analogue drum synthesizer able to spin beats with quick and smooth ease. Home to ten adjustable analogue drum samples and a sequencer, this is a fully-customisable and dangerously addictive banger. Manipulate kicks, snares, hi-hats, cymbals and more, all via an easy-to-understand interface layout.

A Little Beast with Big Muscles

The DrumBrute Impact has many of the same sequencing options as the original DrumBrute, albeit in a simpler form. Stack straight-up beats or even more complex polyrhythms since the on-board step sequencer has room for up to 64 patterns, each with 64 steps, and the Random and Swing encoders, dip individual steps or dunk the entire beat in hair-raising effects.

Naturally, you'll want to be able to integrate the DrumBrute Impact into your rig, which is exactly why it provides a host of connection options. The list includes a USB port, a MIDI input and output, a clock input and output, a mix output, a headphone output, and four individual outputs for the drum tracks. Add it all up, and the DrumBrute Impact presents a powerful beat-spitting machine that's fully primed to bend to your will.
