The Audix F6 is a robust dynamic microphone, specially designed for accurate reproduction of low frequencies. Thanks to its hypercardioid polar pattern, this microphone is easy to position and offers excellent control over feedback and ambient noise. With a frequency response of 40 Hz to 16 kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of no less than 140 dB, the F6 is a reliable choice for miking kick drums, large toms or bass amplifiers, both on stage and in the studio. The LM™ Type A low-mass capsule delivers a natural sound, whilst the robust design – made from zinc with an E-coat finish and a steel grille – ensures it can withstand the rigours of live performances. Thanks to the transformerless, balanced output and a gold-plated XLR connector, you’re assured of interference-free signal transmission, even with long cables.
