General

DR Strings' ER-50 Hi-Beam are stainless steel strings for electric bass guitar with a thickness ranging from .050 to .110. Manufactured with a round core, they are more resistant to moisture and dirt and thus prevent corrosion. Add to that the fact that they are wrapped with a stainless steel winding wire and you have fairly unique strings on which a lot of care has been taken. The extra effort DR has to put into making these strings results in a set of strings that are extremely flexible and bright but not in a harsh way. These handmade strings are kind to your frets and last a very long time.
