DR Strings' FB5-130 Fat-Beam are hand-made strings for a 5-string electric bass guitar. Thanks to the round core, these strings play very flexibly and give a smooth and comfortable playing feel. These are the ideal bass strings for those who want clarity in their sound, as the stainless steel or stainless steel winding wire provides that distinctive sharp Fat-Beam sound and a powerful volume that lets you cut through the mix effortlessly. These strings have thicknesses from .045 to .130 and are ideal for solid rock. DR Strings has been producing handmade round-core strings in the USA since 1989.
