The DR Strings LMR5-130 Hi-Beams is a hybrid set of medium to heavy five-string bass guitar strings gauged .045 to .130. These extra-long-scale, stainless steel strings feature a round core for warm, vintage foundation sound and a flexible playing feel. At the same time, these high-quality bass guitar strings shape masses of volume and inject ample sonic clarity thanks to their stainless steel winding.

They sound very bright and pronounced, they seem to keep their brightness for a very long time, so i dont have to change strings as often as i normally would have to. All the basses that i've tried that have had these strings on them have sounded incredible. Sadly, the b-string doesn't fit on my Spector Legend 5, even though it's a long to x-long bass. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong the strings though, and i would definitely reccomend them
