The GHS 3060-5 Tape Wound set is made for 5-string electric bass and delivers a wonderfully deep, mellow sound. The strings have a stainless steel base and are wound with black nylon tape, providing a smooth feel and less playing noise. Thanks to the hexagonal core, the set stays tight to the touch and intonates well. Suitable for 34-inch long scale basses, with a winding length of 37.25 inches. Made in the USA.
