General

The strings in the Warwick Black Label 40301 M 5B Stainless Steel Low B 45-135 set are suitable for all five-string, electric, long-scale bass guitars with a low B. That B string is taperwound, the windings are slightly thinner where it crosses the bridge. This gives it more room to vibrate, which makes for a better sound. The action of this rather thick string is also slightly lower that way, which in turn increases playing comfort. All strings in this set have stainless steel windings around a hexagonal core. They give your bass a clear sound with a sharply defined midrange.
