The Sire Marcus Miller M7 Swamp Ash is the ideal bass guitar for the bass player looking for the ultimate versatile instrument. Or for someone simply looking for a modern high-quality bass with excellent tone. Thanks to the Marcus Miller Heritage-3 preamp and the very extensive sound customisation options, you have found what you are looking for with this. It features a combined tone/volume knob, treble, middle and bass knobs, and a small switch that switches between active or passive tone control. In addition, it also has two small switches with which the two humbuckers can be switched in parallel, in series or "split-coil".

Construction method

The body of the M7 Swamp Ash is, as the name suggests, made of so-called Swamp Ash. A particularly light wood with excellent tonal properties. A maple top with special markings was chosen for a modern look. It is available in a natural version, or with a transparent black finish. Both options combined with the black hardware are a stylish choice. Thanks to Sire's ebony "Edgeless" fingerboard, the bass guitar is particularly comfortable. The 12-inch radius contributes to this, and thanks to a whopping 24 frets, this is a bass guitar for those who want to get the most out of their instrument.
