With the Sire Marcus Miller U5 Alder Flamed Maple Natural electric bass guitar starter set, you can get started straight away with a comfortable short-scale bass and everything you need to practise. The shorter scale length makes the string action feel lighter and brings the first few frets closer together, ideal for smaller hands and for smooth playing with extra-easy bends. The alder body, bolt-on maple neck, rounded fingerboard and string-through-body bridge provide a solid foundation and a responsive playing feel. Thanks to the passive PJ configuration, you’ll have both P- and J-style tones at your fingertips, which you can easily blend using the blend, volume and tone controls. Plug straight into the included practice amp using the instrument cable, tune quickly with the tuner, play standing up with the band and store your bass safely on the stand.

Terrible product. If the screw comes out it is no usable anymore. Zero friendly product for a beginner. Do not buy by any mean. Now it is in the bin and will have to get a new one that actually works.
