The Sire Marcus Miller V7+ A4F Tobacco Sunburst is a high-quality fretless 4-string electric bass guitar that combines the classic J-bass with modern innovations. Thanks to the fretless ebony fingerboard, you can effortlessly play smooth glissandos and expressive lines, whilst the North American alder body delivers a powerful, full-bodied tone with solid mid-range and tight low-end response. This makes the bass suitable for a wide range of playing styles, from jazz and fusion to pop, rock and funk.

Versatile electronics and high-quality hardware

The Marcus Super-J Revolution single-coil pickups deliver an authentic vintage J-bass sound with extra detail and dynamics. Combined with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, you have access to an active 3-band EQ with mid-frequency control and an active/passive switch. This allows you to achieve both modern and classic bass tones. The Marcus Miller Modern S bridge with string-through-body construction enhances sustain and tuning stability, whilst the premium open-gear tuning machines and chrome hardware ensure a reliable finish.

Comfortable playing experience

The V7+ A4F also scores highly in terms of playing comfort. The hard maple neck with a C-profile sits comfortably in the hand and features rounded fret edges normally found only on custom-shop instruments. The ebony fingerboard offers a quick response and clear articulation, whilst the bone nut contributes to a balanced tone and stable string action.
