The Sire Marcus Miller V7 New Gen is a modern J-style classic with New Gen updates for better balance, playability and a brighter, more responsive sound. This Dark Forest version has a North American alder body and a hard maple neck with hard maple fingerboard and Edgeless™ edges for extra playing comfort. The Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups go together with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp (including mid/frequency control) and a passive mode, so you can quickly switch between vintage and modern.

Ik heb deze bas 2 weken geleden aangeschaft. Zoals ik gewend ben bij Bax was de bas goed verpakt en nagenoeg correct afgesteld. Werd geleverd met goede snaren heb deze wel vervangen door flatwounds omdat ik deze nog lekkerder vindt spelen. Wat een mooi instrument, zeer goede afweking, een heerlijke, gladde hals, niet te zwaar. De kleur vind ik fantastisch. Ideaal dat hij zowel actief (enorm uitgebreid) als passief is. Hij straalt kwaliteit uit ,ben zeer tevreden. Ik heb een G&l die ik gebruik(te) als 1e bas, dat is nu deze V7 new gen.
