The Sire Marcus Miller V7N A4L New Gen is a left-handed 4-string electric bass guitar that builds on the success of the original V7. Thanks to various design improvements, this New Gen model offers better balance, a more comfortable playing experience and an even more direct response. The North American alder body provides a warm, balanced foundation, whilst the C-profile neck with rounded fretboard edges and stainless steel frets ensures smooth playing comfort and a long lifespan. The Tobacco Sunburst finish also gives the instrument a classic look.

Updated electronics and versatile tone

The Marcus Super-J Revolution pickup set delivers a clear, dynamic J-style bass tone with great definition. Combined with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, you have extensive tone control at your disposal, including a mid-range control with adjustable frequency. In addition, the bass can easily be used in passive mode via the push/pull function on the bass control. The combination of volume, tone, blend, treble, mid/frequency and bass controls makes this bass suitable for a wide range of musical styles, from jazz and funk to rock and pop.

High-quality finish for intensive use

The V7N A4L is fitted with a solid Marcus Miller Modern-S bridge with a 20 mm string spacing for stable string action and comfortable playing space. The lightweight open-back tuning machines contribute to the instrument’s excellent balance.
