With the Sterling by Music Man StingRay Ray4 LH Chopper Blue starter set, left-handed bassists can enjoy a complete, affordable introduction to the legendary world of the StingRay. This Ray4 combines a classic look with a powerful ceramic humbucker at the bridge for that recognisable punch and definition. With the volume control and the active 2-band preamp, you can fine-tune your sound exactly to your taste (just don’t forget to fit a 9V battery). The basswood body with white pickguard, maple neck and maple fingerboard feel familiar to play, and with 21 medium frets you have plenty of control, whilst the open-back tuning machines ensure stable tuning. What’s more, the set comes complete with a practice amp, tuner, instrument cable, strap and stand.
