With the Yamaha TRBX 174 RM electric bass guitar starter set, you’ll have everything you need to get started and develop your skills, all in one go. This metallic red TRBX174 is the entry-level model in the TRBX series, but it still offers the Yamaha quality you can rely on: an alder body for deep bass, rich mids and clear trebles, plus a comfortable, slim maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard (24 frets) and an accessible nut width of 40 mm. Thanks to the combination of a J-style single-coil pickup at the bridge and a P-style split-coil pickup, you get both clear definition and full punch, without any annoying hum, with separate volume controls and a master tone control. Includes a practice amp, tuner, instrument cable, strap and stand: just unpack, tune and play.
