Ik ben lang aan het zoeken geweest naar goede snaren, dit zijn ze. Strak genoeg dat ze niet kletteren, niet te strak dat ze onbespeelbaar zijn. Niet grabby aan de fingers. Ze hebben een uitgebalanceerde klant, bright en low-end. Niet te scherp noch te boomy. Ik koop niets anders meer. Ik heb ze nu enkele maanden, speel elke dag en ze klinken nog super. Ik heb een 5str 35" Schecter Studio 5.

Wrote the following about GHS 5M-DYB Bass Boomers Medium 5-String Bass Guitar Strings

Hele fijne snaren! Zowel het laag als hoog klinkt helder, maar het midden ramt er ook goed doorheen. Ik heb hiervoor lang (een jaar) met Elixir stainless steel snaren gespeeld. Hoewel deze inderdaad lang goed blijven zoals ze zeggen, toen ik die plaatste kreeg ik niet het gevoel wat ik bij deze snaren krijg.
Voorlopig vier sterren, als mijn bas nog lang klinkt als een vers geslepen mes, dan wordt het vijf sterren
