If you're currently running a set of .009 strings because you prefer the lower tension, but you wouldn't mind a slightly richer sound, then check out these super-stable Ultramag UM9 strings by legendary British guitar-string-maker, Rotosound. Made of Alloy 52, the Ultramag UM9 strings boast increased magnetic sensitivity for enhanced low and mid frequencies and, thanks to the low expansion coefficient of this 52% nickel/48% steel alloy, the strings are significantly better at countering corrosion and are extra stable in terms of tuning stability.
