General

Taking things back to the beginning, the ESP '87 Series pays homage to the models that first planted the Japanese guitar builder on the map almost forty year ago. The Mirage Deluxe ‘87 is an all-out, bone fide shred-machine founded on a solid alder body and mounted with a mega-stable Floyd Rose 1000 Double Locking tremolo bridge and an HS pickup configuration. The Seymour Duncan TB-6 Distortion humbucker at the bridge features a split-coil function and has been combined with an SD Hot Rail at the neck to complete a sonically formidable, and fully-flexible rock and metal focussed dream-team. Add on the light and agile playability of an ebony fretboard and set of 22 extra-jumbo frets, and you get a fully primed, ninja-grade stage beast.
