The LTD 1000 series guitars are designed to meet the demands of professional musicians who want to get the most out of their instrument. They have pulled out all the stops to give the PHOENIX-1000 the ultimate in pure intonation and comfortable playing, obviously with the looks befitting such a guitar. For instance, it is equipped with an Evertune bridge: a clever piece of engineering that keeps the tension applied to each string stable in a completely mechanical way. This also reduces the time you spend tuning.

High-quality parts.

The neck is three-piece laminated from mahogany. Laminating ensures a stable neck that is less sensitive to temperature and humidity, thus contributing to a pristine instrument. The PHOENIX-1000 is fitted with Grover tuning machines and also features active electronics. Two active humbuckers, a Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic in the bridge position and a Fishman Fluence Modern Alnico in the neck position, provide the basis of the sound. The glass hard ebony fingerboard and stainless steel extra jumbo frets ensure smooth playing with excellent sustain. An additional advantage of the frets is that stainless steel is more wear-resistant, so they are less likely to need replacing.
