General

This Fazley FLP318 from the Vintage Series is an excellent option for the beginning guitarist looking for an affordable instrument with an iconic look and a full, warm base tone. That's because this single cut is constructed from a mahogany solid body with a curved maple top. This allows your arm to rest comfortably on the body, making you less likely to suffer from wrist discomfort. Small details like the chrome hardware and ivory parts complete the picture. Please note, this is the left-handed version.

Vintage Series FLP318: Fine playing experience

Remarkable for a guitar in this low price range, Fazley has opted for a set-neck construction. This gives the guitar an extra dose of sustain and resonance. Moreover, the higher frets are also easier to reach, increasing the playing pleasure. As befits a true single cut, the FLP318 has a short scale of 24.75 inches (629 mm). As a result, the tension on the strings is slightly lower, making pressing up a little easier. Thanks to the TOM-style bridge with stop bar, this guitar is easy to tune and also extremely stable.

Could not believe how good this guitar is for so little money . Looks and plays superb right from the box, i could not fault it, the finish and hardware are brilliant, the pickups deliver a great punchy tone- they don't sound cheap like some budget guitars do. The tuners are stable, the only thing i did was change strings and oil the fretboard as it looked very dry. I'v got a great guitar that i'm very pleased with.

This guitar came double boxed with a lead and a couple of allen keys.
I wasn’t expecting that much for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised.
The build quality and finish was excellent and was more than playable out of the box, with good action and intonation and no rough fret edges.
I’ve never heard a guitar in this price range sound so good - the two humbuckers push out some sweet tones.
I would always recommend putting any guitar in for a pro setup (it doesn’t cost that much) and you’ll have a very nice giggable guitar.
I’m going a step further with my own fret levelling/recrowning/polishing and bone nut which will make it sound and like an instrument worth many times more than what I paid for it - that’s if I can put it down for long enough to strip if down!
My first guitar was a dog to play - I wish Fazely were around back then!
