General

The Schecter Apocalypse C-1 Red Reign is designed for guitarists who demand maximum performance in heavy music genres such as metal and hard rock. Thanks to the Schecter USA Apocalypse-VI passive humbuckers, this guitar delivers an aggressive tone with plenty of punch, whilst also offering sufficient flexibility for a variety of playing styles. The lightweight swamp ash body ensures clear resonance and a comfortable weight, whilst the striking Red Reign finish gives the guitar a powerful look that perfectly matches the character of the Apocalypse series.

Comfort and playability

The C-1 Apocalypse features a glued maple/padauk multi-ply neck with an Ultra Access heel, making the higher frets easily accessible. The Thin C neck profile offers a fast and comfortable playing experience, ideal for complex riffs and fast solos. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets, ensuring durability, excellent intonation and a smooth playing feel. With a scale length of 25.5 inches and a string spacing designed for precision, this guitar is suitable for both rhythm and lead work.

Hardware and reliability

The Schecter Apocalypse C-1 Red Reign is fitted with high-quality components for maximum stability during intensive playing. The Hipshot Hardtail bridge with string-thru-body construction ensures direct tone transmission and solid sustain. Schecter locking tuners reliably maintain tuning, whilst the satin black hardware adds a rugged finish. The guitar comes with D’Addario Regular Light NYXL 1046 strings and is compatible with the separately available Schecter SCSGR-1C case for safe transport.
