General

The Omen Elite-7 is the seven-string counterpart of the Elite-6, and that low B (or lower if you dare) gives the guitar an almost magical low. Equipped with two Schecter humbuckers that are configurable as, among other things, single-coil elements via the 5-position switch, this guitar is very versatile. The body consists of mahogany wood and gives a deep, warm sound that is both tight and defined. Nice detail, by the way, is that the body has an arched top, which looks chic and makes it look exclusive. You won't have to complain about sustain either; the fixed bridge with its 'string thru body' design, offers it more than enough.

Fast neck for modern playability

With the 'thin C' neck profile, it feels like there is hardly any resistance and you can easily play faster. The fingerboard radius of 16 inches also contributes to this. The strings can be pushed up more easily and your fingers manoeuvre over the fretboard almost as if by themselves. Talking about the fretboard; this is a rosewood fingerboard located on a maple neck. The position markings are in the form of so-called 'pearloid lines' and this fits well with the guitar's once again modern aesthetic. To keep the Omen Elite-7's tuning stable, seven Schecter tuning machines are fitted and the nut is made of the wear-resistant graphite (Graph Tech XL Black Tusq) material.
