General

The Sire Larry Carlton T7TV is a modern interpretation of the classic T-style electric guitar. Thanks to its chambered body with its characteristic F-hole, this model delivers more acoustic resonance and an open tone than a traditional solid-body guitar. The combination of a North American alder body and a solid swamp ash top delivers a balanced sound with a clear attack and rich overtones. With its stylish 3-Tone Sunburst finish, this guitar is an excellent choice for guitarists who want to combine classic looks with modern quality.

Resonant T-style tone

The T7TV is fitted with a Larry Carlton Super-T pickup set comprising two passive single-coils. These pickups have been specially developed to combine the recognisable T-style twang with sufficient output for a wide range of musical styles. Using the 3-way switch, volume and tone controls, you can easily switch between sparkling clean tones, warm rhythm parts and cutting lead tones. This makes the guitar equally at home in genres such as country, blues, pop, rock and funk.

Comfortable playing experience

The hard maple neck with a comfortable C-profile sits comfortably in the hand and features an Edgeless fretboard with rounded fret edges for extra playing comfort. The 22 medium jumbo frets and 9.5-inch fretboard radius ensure a familiar playing feel. Thanks to the vintage T-bridge with brass saddles, you’ll enjoy a classic response and excellent sustain, whilst the Sire Premium Locking Tuners help maintain stable tuning. This makes the T7TV a reliable partner both on stage and in the studio.
