Developed in collaboration with Tosin Abasi, the Sterling by Music Man Kaizen 7 combines a lightweight nyatoh body with a carefully shaped contour that conforms to your body. The roasted maple neck feels instantly familiar and offers a solid connection to the body thanks to the 5-bolt mount. The matte finish and colour-coordinated headstock give it a sleek look, while the balanced weight distribution ensures that the guitar hangs steady no matter what your playing position.

Kaizen 7: Space and control under the fingers

With a flat radius of 15.75 inches, the fingerboard offers a wide, even playing surface that effortlessly supports fast runs, deep bends and complex chord grips. The wide 49.5mm nut creates extra space between the strings, giving precision on both chords and individual notes. This combination makes the Kaizen 7 particularly suitable for players who place a high value on technical control, whether for fast legato lines, tapping or tightly muted riffs.

Powerful sound and stable tuning

Two passive ceramic humbuckers deliver a direct, defined sound with a distinct midrange that cuts effortlessly through a full mix. The modern 2-point tremolo invites expressive vibratos and extreme plunges, while the Steinberger Gearless tuners hold tuning reliably even during intense tremolo work. Together with the dual action trussrod and solid neck construction, this forms an instrument that not only plays pleasantly, but also performs consistently under pressure.
