Additional comment having reviewed this over a year and a half ago in July 2024 - I like this amp even more now than then. Really can't find serious fault in the options. Whatever I've needed it to do, it's done it. Blues, metal, pop, country, it has a very cleverly chosen set of amps, especially now they have the Pushed type in Gen3. You could maybe ask for more presets, but with the ability to save and load a full set of 8 in one go, having multiple sets is surprisingly practical.
I have added two switches and an expression pedal (plugged into the extra socket in the back of the amp) to the GA-FC I bought with it - one for solo boost, the other switch to change the expression from volume to wah in most presets, but a couple the expression pedal does more wacky FX control! Clean, Pushed and Brown are the 3 favourite amp types without doubt. Occasionally use the Crunch one too. The simulated Line Out helps to make live gigs a breeze.

Very pleasing and practical amp for band work. Purchased as an alternative to a 15w valve amp and pedals (suits country, blues & Rock n roll), it delivers a different feel and suits different guitars. Marginally, I prefer it with my two humbucker ESP that has series/parallel switching (parallel sounding similar to single coils) when compared with my Fender Strat or Tele, mainly because the high gain sounds like the Brown amp really sing with a humbucker.
The new 'Pushed' amp choice in the Gen 3 amps is great for blues and soul in particular, creating a sound very responsive to your playing. I had my ESP pickups in parallel (single coil type sound) and loved it!
As well as having 8 patches saved in the amp itself (two banks of 4) if you have the GA-FC you can switch to 'Effects' mode and turn things on and off inside the patch, as well as trigger a programmable 'Solo' mode by holding the lit foot switch in patch mode all with your feet. Seriously practical.
