Switch effortlessly between channels in Channel Mode, or control effects, tap tempo and effect types in Effect Mode. Thanks to the Dual Press function, you set additional functions yourself for a setup that suits your playing style.

Airstep Kat EX: discover new features

Unique to the Kat EX is the exclusive GA-FC Expand Mode. This allows you to use the Kat EX simultaneously with the BOSS GA-FC and access functions that the GA-FC alone cannot handle. Already have a GA-FC? Then add extra flexibility with the Kat EX. Don't have one yet? Then this is a perfect standalone solution with more features than ever.

Wireless convenience

The Kat EX connects directly to your Katana Gen 3, MkII or MkI wirelessly - without additional adapters or computers. Via the free BTS app, you adjust settings, assign parameters to expression pedal inputs and keep your firmware up-to-date. And with a wireless range of up to 30 metres and up to 15 hours of battery life, you'll be ready for any rehearsal or show.
