General
Boss's FS-7 is a compact multifunctional dual foot switch that allows you to control effect pedals or to switch between the various channels of an amplifier. The two foot switches have been mounted one above the other, so they take up less space on your pedalboard, and both offer a choice of two switchable modes: latch and momentary. In latch mode, a function is activated once you hit the pedal, and a second stomp deactivates it again. In momentary mode, however, a function is activated for as long as you press the switch down. Take your foot off the pedal and the function is switched off again. Thanks to these two modes, you can use the Boss dual foot switch for a wide range of products and applications.

Een stevige maar toch zeer compacte pedaal , van een schitterende qualiteit wat je van Boss kan verwachten !
Wel geleverd zonder adaptor , en de splitter kabel die erbij zit kan enkel gebruikt worden om een effect pedaal of dergelijke aan te sluiten , maar bvb niet om te kunnen genieten van je adaptor er bij aan te sluiten van een ander boss apparaat!
Doordat dit kabeltje amper 20 cm lang is hangt je pedaal te zweven in de lucht en wordt het onmogelijk deze te bedienen met de voet ..
Daardoor heb ik het pedaal nog niet kunnen testen omdat ik had gehoopt deze gewoon te kunnen toevoegen aan mijn Boss loopstation rc-505 adaptor .
Ik ga dus nu op zoek naar een verlengkabel voor de adaptor en een signaal kabel .

Pedaal zelf is degelijk, bouwkwaliteit is erg goed.
Alleen de knoppen zijn lastig te 'voelen' in het donker en dus ook lastiger in te drukken.
Jammer genoeg werkte dit pedaal niet met mijn Peavey 6505 + 112 :(

Fijn compact pedaal om bijvoorbeeld te gebruiken met een RC-300.
Als je de ledjes niet nodig hebt kan je hem zonder een stroom kabel gebruiken.
Anders kun je een adapter gebruiken, of daisy chainen aan een ander apparaat met de bijgeleverde kabel.
Je kan hem aansluiten met twee mono 6.3 mm kabels of met een stereo kabel.
Het apparaat is te gebruiken als togle of momentarily.
