General

The Revstar is the first Yamaha model to be blessed with an entirely new shape in 20 years and carries the aura of a well cared for, thoughtfully designed and raised series of instruments. One of the prodigies of the Revstar Series is the RS820CR. The Steel Rust finish with vertical racing stripes, anodised pickguard and brushed chrome hardware give this high-spec Revstar a tight, muscle-car style look. It also comes complete with a gig bag.

RS820CR: Only the Best Components

The solid mahogany body forms the foundation of the Yamaha RS820CR and ensures a full sound with warm lows amplified by two powerful humbuckers, the range of which can be broadened using the push/pull Dry-Switch. The matching mahogany neck carries the richness of sound through and has a comfortably short scale length and modern, flattened fretboard radius backed up by the outstanding tuning stability of the TonePros AVT-II bridge.

Revstar: Something for Everyone

The Revstar electric guitars have been designed in such a way that every minute detail has been included to enhance character. From the rounded lines of the newly-developed body shape and deeply considered, matt finish, to the polymorphous nature of its sound, everything about these electric guitars only serves to reveal Yamaha's decades of experience and accomplished craftsmanship.
