On first glance, the Zivix Jamstik Deluxe MIDI Guitar looks like any standard ST-style six-string mounted with a souped up HSS pickup loadout, but when you add the hexaphonic MIDI pickup that's tucked in at the bridge, everything is blown wide open. Just like the Zivix Jamstik Studio, this electric guitar comes with a big twist, so besides the more traditional amplified sound of a set of magnetic dual-coils, you're getting the near-limitless scope of MIDI sound. And, as a sweet bonus, all of it comes packed away inside a fully-grown solid-bodied model outlined with comfortable and familiar aesthetics.

The Zivix Jamstik Deluxe: Powerful, High-Precision Tracking & MIDI Translation

The slimline MIDI pickup is as ultra responsive to the steel strings as its magnetic counterparts, and is able to track the vibration of the strings with extreme precision thanks to a set of powerful internal processors. The high-grade MIDI conversion and algorithmic pitch analysis is backed up by an ultra-low latency of around 6 to 15 milliseconds, meaning that every detail and nuance of your playing technique is tracked and translated into an entirely different sound in near-real-time.

Connectivity

Besides a standard 6.3mm jack output, the Jamstik Classic MIDI Guitar comes fitted with another two MIDI capable outputs. So, as well as a 3.5mm TRS MIDI mini-jack output, this guitar has a USB-C port, which also doubles as a charging port for the built-in lithium-ion battery which, on a full charge, delivers over eight hours of performance time. Using the virtual instruments and sounds that came with your DAW software, or using the downloadable Jamstik Creator software for Mac and PC, you can literally transform the sound of this guitar into that of any emulated instrument, from strings to synths and from brass sections to tuned percussion. By downloading the Jamstik Control App and pairing up via Bluetooth, you can even do it all cable-free. Besides a custom padded gig bag, this progressive Jamstik model comes bundled up with a set of strap locks, a set of adjustment keys, a plectrum, a mini-jack MIDI cable and USB-C cable.
