General

The Yamaha NCX1 offers all the playing feel of a traditional classical guitar but has the acoustic voice of a contemporary instrument. The fitted solid spruce top ensures a more fresh and present feel and a more modern sound than a lot of its ancestors and this is faithfully amplified by an Atmosfeel preamp system. The piëzo pickup registers the mid-range with satisfying warmth, giving it prominence while an internal microphone registers the natural resonance of the soundbox. Both signals can be balanced as desired using the on-board controls that also includes bass adjustment.

Wrote the following about Yamaha NCX1 Natural Electro-Acoustic Classical Guitar

Fijne gitaar, voelt goed aan in de hand (vooral de nek). Snaren zijn makkelijk in te drukken, maar buzzen niet. De ingebouwde stemmer en versterker is ook een leuke toevoeging. Is zeker een goede beginners gitaar, maar is ook goed prima voor mensen die langer gitaar spelen. Je betaald voornamelijk voor de kwaliteit van de gitaar (zoals te verwachten is bij Yamaha) en voelt een stuk beter aan dan de goedkopere modellen van Yamaha. De gitaar heeft ook een massief bovenblad, maar is niet massief aan de zijkant en achterkant (wat te verwachten is in deze prijsklasse). Gitaar is aan te raden voor mensen die al gitaar spelen en mensen die serieus zijn om het te leren. De klassieke vorm van de gitaar en de klassiek 52mm halsbreedte maakt het zeker geschikt voor gitaar les.
