Complemented by a Natural satin nitro lacquer that allows the wood to vibrate freely and highlights the natural markings of the dark mahogany. Which gives the Guild D-20E a vintage and used feel. Plug-in without compromise

The built-in L.R. Baggs Element VTC does something that many undersaddle pickups fail to do, it measures the movement of the top instead of the string pressure. That means you hear the full, balanced acoustic sound when you plug it in, without the typical sharp edge that some element systems can create. The volume and tone controls sit just out of sight under the rim of the sound hole, preserving the guitar's clean look while still allowing you to adjust your tone quickly and within easy reach. The built-in low-end compressor dampens excess low frequencies and reduces feedback at higher volumes. Very handy for the stage!
