General

The Sire A3 Parlor from the Larry Carlton A3 series is a stylish electric-acoustic western guitar with that pleasingly compact body shape and that accompanying beloved characteristic core sound. This one combines a classic charm of the elegant parlor guitar with modern playing characteristics. The mahogany neck with its familiar pleasing C profile features a pleasantly flatter 16-inch fingerboard of dark rosewood with that comfortable Sire Edgeless fingerboard finish. In addition to smooth guitar playing with plenty of grip, you won't have any sharp edges at all, while you can keep playing guitar long and smoothly with plenty of grip on your chords and loose notes. The solid top of roasted spruce, combined with the other body parts of mahogany, gives you a rich, slightly tighter core sound with a balanced low, full mids and a warm rounding in the highs.

Larry Carlton A3 Parlor: advanced amplification for many situations

This steel-string electric-acoustic Sire guitar is equipped with the advanced SIB Acoustic EQ System, combining a piezo element under the bridge saddle with a condenser microphone. This gives you a tight and clear amplified guitar sound, which you can intuitively mix with a natural-sounding acoustic sound with the mic mix control. Of course, the familiar rotary knobs are present for volume and overall tones. This gives you maximum flexibility to adjust your sound on stage, in the rehearsal room and in the studio. The Sire A3 Parlor an excellent fine-priced choice for acoustic guitarists looking for a handy flat-top guitar with steel strings to get by in many situations.
