General

Furnished with a solid spruce soundboard, a solid mahogany body and an Acoustic EQ System, the Sire Larry Carlton A4 Parlor electro-acoustic guitar has a tight yet warm and resonant sound, on and off stage. The classic Parlor shape doesn't just add vintage style, but supports snug and comfortable playability as well as rich tone supported by rounded trebles, balanced basses and defined mids. The rosewood fretboard has also been given the special Sire Edgeless treatment, where the smoothly rounded edges combine with the C-shaped neck profile to guarantee near-effortless playability.

The Larry Carlton A4 Parlor: Full Amplified Sound

The detailed and extensive SIB Acoustic EQ System preamp is only the start of the three-part electronics section, which also features an undersaddle piezo pickup that expertly registers note articulation and an integrated condenser microphone for capturing the natural and full resonance inside the body. Blend the sound of the two together via the Mix pot before tweaking the overall output via the Volume and Tone pots. Finished with deluxe herringbone binding and detailing, the Larry Carlton A4 Parlor is one handsome, versatile and endlessly playable gigging partner.
