General
This highly compact and robust sound card is called the Shure MVi! Whether you use it for your Mac, PC, iPod, iPad or iPhone, you can always count on transparent recordings in 24 bit/48 kHz sound quality. You can plug a microphone (dynamic or condenser) or instrument in the XLR/jack combo connector at the rear. The MVi subsequently sends the signal to a laptop, tablet or smartphone via USB or Lightning. AC power isn't required, so you can create recordings wherever you want! Delivered including USB cable and Lightning cable.
MVi: modes and monitors
A unique property of the fully metal MVi is its flat, touch-sensitive front panel. You won't have to worry about breakable knobs when storing the interface. At the front you can adjust the volume and mode. You can select one of five modes, each of which is designed for a certain type of recording: speech, vocals, acoustic instruments and loud sources. The flat mode is the neutral setting. At the rear is the practical 3.5mm headphone output, which allows you to monitor yourself without delay during recordings. You can also use the practical, extensive Motiv app for iOS.
