De iConnectivity PlayAUDIO2U is een alles-in-één audio- en MIDI-interface die speciaal is gebouwd voor live performance met een computer-based setup. Je sluit twee performance-computers aan via de twee USB‑C poorten en de interface houdt je show in de lucht met razendsnelle omschakeling wanneer dat nodig is. Aan de audiokant krijg je vier XLR/TRS combo-ingangen met nette, ultra-low-noise mic-preamps en 48V fantoomvoeding, plus maar liefst 24 gebalanceerde XLR line-uitgangen voor je FOH, monitors, in-ears en meer.
Redundantie en bescherming voor het podium
PlayAUDIO2U is ontworpen om problemen vóór te zijn. De interface monitort je setup en kan automatisch of handmatig schakelen tussen de twee aangesloten computers. Daarnaast is er Audio Protection: bij verdachte audiostreams of mogelijke glitches kan het systeem outputs muten en naar een Safe Mode schakelen, zodat er geen ongewenste knallen of digitale rommel op je PA belanden. Op het grote OLED-display zie je in één oogopslag audiometingen, MIDI-activiteit en systeemstatus, inclusief waarschuwingen bij computerproblemen.
MIDI-commandocentrum met venue-bereik
Ook qua MIDI is dit een echte spil in je rig. Je beschikt over 2x MIDI in en 2x MIDI out via 5-pins DIN, vier USB-MIDI hostpoorten voor class compliant controllers/modules én twee Ethernet-aansluitingen voor RTP-MIDI networking (lange afstanden, strak en betrouwbaar). Met de vier toewijsbare knoppen op het front en twee aansluitingen voor 2-knops footswitches kun je MIDI-functies en commando’s direct vanaf de interface aansturen. Via Auracle-software (download) stel je routing, mixing en MIDI-processing precies af op jouw show.
