General

The Instamic Pro Plus C is another typical example of a crossover product. On the one hand: it is a recorder, it has a microphone inside. In that respect, it is a kind of (tiny) field recorder. And in that context, it's really not a simple thing either, with 32 bit float and 96 kHz recording quality. On the other hand, 'tis so small that we can also see a kind of wireless tie-pin microphone in it. And why wireless? Because the audio from the microphone can also be received and recorded on your phone. That's the creative fate of the far-reaching digitisation of products: they can combine functions of different product families. The customer benefits: two types of products for the price of one! One very nice detail is its IP67 rating. So you can use the instamic Pro Plus C under water for up to 30 minutes (up to a metre deep). Nice and compact thing, not so crazy expensive, a nice tool for journalists, just to name a target group.
