The Zoom H8 Handheld Audio Recorder

Navigated via an intuitive touchscreen, the Zoom H8 comes pre-loaded with three apps, each individually configured to support podcasting, recording music and field recording, each providing the best settings and functions for the job. And, while the H8 comes bundled up with the XYH-6 X/Y Mic Capsule, it's fully compatible with the range of capsules that Zoom has on offer, each fitted with different microphones or extra inputs to expand or customise the built-in twelve-track recorder as needed.

- The VRH-8 is an Ambisonic microphone capsule fitted with four condenser microphones that deliver immersive 360º audio recordings.
- The EXH-8 Expander Capsule adds 4 extra XLR inputs for a total of 10 inputs. Each extra input has its own gain control, PAD switch, and phantom power.
The BTA-1 remote control can monitor the level meters of each H8 app and remotely REC, PLAY, and STOP. Connect the BTA-1 to the H8 then couple it with you iOS device.
