The Penn Elcom L0737 overlatch is a solid flight case locking mechanism. It's made of 0.9mm-thick steel, comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and has a 41mm hook length measured from the offset. What's also worth knowing is that it's compatible with the Penn Elcom L0747/CP catch-plate.
