The Penn Elcom L0737/46 latch has a valance-spanning design and features a 46mm lip and a 10mm recessed dish. It's made of steel and comes with pre-drilled holes so it can be easily mounted to a flight case. It's compatible with the L0737/CP catch plate; the L0737/BP back plate; and the L0737/G air-tight gasket.
