General
This completely handmade 20-inch Sela Percussion Dark Moon Wind Gong is made from a unique bronze alloy and is completely hand-hammered in China. This Wind Gong has a typical, flat design (with no upturned rim) giving this gong a slightly more open and 'clean' sound compared to traditional "chau" gongs. The striking surface of the gong is completely rough and unprocessed, resulting in a deep, natural and earthy sound brimming with texture and unique resonances. This makes this gong extremely suitable for meditative sessions, music or sound therapy or, for example, sound-baths or sound design. You can also use the gong musically, for instance in orchestral situations.
