This handmade in China by Sela Percussion Dark Moon Wind Gong of 24 inches is made of a specific bronze alloy and completely hand-hammered according to traditional craftsmanship. The flat shape, with no upturned rim, gives this gong an open and transparent character in sound. Thanks to its raw surface, the gong sounds warm, layered and full of subtle resonances. This wind gong lends itself well to applications in meditation, sound and music therapy or sound-baths, but also within orchestral compositions or sound design.
