Fazley 10940 bass guitar neck (laminated poplar fingerboard)

General

With a C-profile, a dark poplar fretboard, and a classic headstock, the Fazley 10940 maple neck is the perfect finisher for an LP-style self-build electric guitar with a 24.72 inch scale length. The dark fingerboard is made of HPL (High Pressure Laminate): a laminated composite material consisting of more than 99% poplar wood. Thanks to the high-pressure lamination process, the fingerboard is exceptionally stable, wear-resistant, and less sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and humidity than solid wood. This ensures a consistent playing feel, low maintenance, and a long service life. The 14.7 inch radius fretboard has been lined with 22 frets and trapezium position blocks before being fitted with a 42mm-wide plastic nut, while the headstock has been pre-drilled with 10mm ferrule holes and fully prepped for installing a set of six-in-line machine heads. Lastly, please note that this neck is designed for a set-neck construction only.
