With the DiMarzio DP177 True Velvet T Neck, you get a pickup suitable for T-style guitars. The pickup is quite similar to the Twang King single coils, but makes the big difference by having a stronger attack and a smoother response in the highs. This combination ensures that the True Velvet T can sound very nice with certain guitar sounds, but also very dirty and solid when needed.
