Designed with the help of Paul Gilbert, the DiMarzio DP242 PG-13N Neck Humbucker might come in a mini-housing but brings some pretty big sound. The tone of this dual-coil sits in the Goldilocks region, somewhere between the full output of a humbucker and the lighter sparkle of single-coil, making it just beefy enough yet refined enough to support articulate and complex jazz and blues playing styles, especially due to the smooth treble response and flowing low-end.
